The overall Eq.

I usually eq my sound separatly. Like every instrument has its own eq. Am i right? How do i eq the overall sound. I use vitual eq. Correct me if im wrong. Ait you all. One love.

Hey Bongani,

For mix EQ, apply the same principles in the How to EQ your mix article except on the master bus and cut off the frequencies at 40hz. Eq is not something you want to 'add' if your ears are trained as it is much easier to hurt a mix than help it. Cutting frequencies is the first place to start. Do you have a mix you can upload in the making beats workshop?
